How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap Chiseled → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

In Chiseled, open SettingsRestore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

I was charged but Pro features aren't unlocked.

Try Settings → Restore Purchases first. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date of purchase and your Apple ID and we'll get it sorted.

Scans & results

Why does my score change day to day?

Lighting, expression, fluid retention, and sleep all subtly affect what the camera sees. We track the trend over weeks — one scan in isolation isn't the picture, the line is.

The camera won't open.

Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & SecurityCamera → toggle on Chiseled. If you'd rather not use the live camera, every scan surface also has a "Choose from Library" option to upload an existing selfie.

I want to delete my data.

Open Chiseled → SettingsDelete All Data. This wipes your scans, history, and learned facts from the device. Or email us and we'll help.
